High Thrive creates happy, powerful and positively impactful childhood memories through specially designed, fun, energetic, social experiences for kids stuck in the foster care system. The system sets kids into basic survival skills mode; the High Thrive program gives them an opportunity to be kids, let loose and THRIVE. High thrive experiences are designed to inspire happiness, social skills and self esteem – giving kids a sense of hope and self worth as they endure their foster care journey.
Personal development and self worth building seminars led by influencers and professionals, sharing the philosophy of positive mindset with kids who are inundated with negative experiences. Sometimes the most powerful tool you have in life is your mindset. Empower hours are designed to equip kids in the foster system with this tool.
Awareness Campaigns & Events
Increasing social awareness of foster kids and adoption through carefully planned, creative online awareness campaigns through channels such as Youtube, facebook and other social media outlets.
Additionally, we create engaging awareness events that carry awareness at the heart. Our mission and our events are never separated, for any reason.
Did you know that 66% of kids who age out of the foster care system wind up dead, in jail or homeless within 1 year? Well, now you do! BAM. Awareness raised.
How many times have you heard “it’s the thought that counts”? A gift through Gift Lifted, is not just a gift. The gifts let the kids know that there are people looking out for them, someone is paying attention, someone cares, someone believes that they are worthy of celebration, of love, of kindness, of care.
You see? A gift through Gift Lifted is a message of hope.
With a gift through Gift Lifted you send a message of hope saying, “good things do happen, and you, kid, are worthy of good things happening.”
Birthdays can be a bummer when you are separated from family. Unfortunately, many foster kids don’t get to celebrate their birthdays at all due to financial restraints of foster parents, or because their birthdays aren’t seen as a priority.
We think birthday celebration is a priority for one pure reason: Celebrating a child’s birthday is a simple way to send the message that their life is worth celebrating.
Donate a birthday party and give a kid their best birthday EVER! The one that was celebrated. The one where they felt special. The one they will always remember.
